Ani Nahapetian, Gloria Melara, and Ric Alviso Combine Music, Computer Science

Computer science faculty members Ani Nahapetian and Gloria Melara, and music department faculty member Ric Alviso, have received $124,231 from the Association of American Colleges and Universities, in support of a project entitled “Learning to Code by Making Music: The Introduction of Computer Science Coursework with World Music Applications for the Retention Underrepresented Students in STEM.”
